An accessible workshop-based approach that supports you and your Core Team to Springboard into what’s next with renewed clarity and confidence.

In just a few hours together we’ll:

  • Help you and your team map your organization’s fundamentals and current context in all its complexity

  • Provide space to reflect and connect back to core purpose (and each other!)

  • Surface collective insights that illuminate the way forward

Additionally we’ll:

  • Provide you with an overview document you can reference and share with your stakeholders

  • Identify and recommend next steps

  • Nonprofit organizations in need of a more accessible and affordable entryway to strategic thinking and planning

Ensemble Deep Dive Details

Who’s Involved?

  • Leadership

  • Core Team that includes additional key perspectives (recommended 3-6 members, including leadership)

What’s Involved?

Approximately 7 hours of Leadership time and 5 hours of Core Team participant time over 1 to 4 weeks that includes:

​

  • 60 minute virtual Leadership meeting. We gain insight into your current context, prepare you for what to expect and confirm who to include on your Core Team to bring the range and depth of needed perspectives.

  • 3 hour in-person Deep Dive workshop with Core Team. The heart of the Ensemble Deep Dive is the in-person workshop at which we facilitate a process for you and your team to reflect and make connections. Together, we map your organization fundamentals (such as mission, vision, values, type of work produced, staffing structure, facility situation, artist structure, financial picture, board culture, salient history, etc.), your approach to programming, current operating context, high level goals, opportunities and challenges, decision making, and key artistic and non-artistic decision-making considerations.

  • We document the workshop, and the Core Team receives and reviews the Overview document

  • 90 minute virtual follow up session with Core Team to discuss and flesh out the Overview document (ideally one week following Deep Dive workshop)

  • Leadership receives revised Overview with recommended next steps

  • 60 minute virtual Leadership meeting to firm next steps and finalize documentation
